Our Courses in Detail
Rehab Sports
Rehabilitation sports is a supplementary measure within medical rehabilitation. It is legally established and temporarily financed by rehabilitation providers. The positive effects on health are undisputed: everyday complaints are reduced, disease-related complications can be minimized, and the risk of secondary conditions drops significantly. In our courses, we work in small groups with individual support — so every participant gets exactly the attention they need.
Prevention Courses According to § 20 SGB V
Prevention courses according to § 20 SGB V are quality-assured health programs designed to strengthen your health at an early stage, reduce health risks and support a more conscious relationship with your own body. At MEDIZentrum, we understand prevention not merely as exercise, but as a therapeutically guided health concept. The aim is to improve physical stability, mobility, strength, coordination and body awareness in a sustainable way — before minor limitations develop into more serious complaints. The courses are structured over several sessions and provide professional guidance as well as practical exercises that can be integrated into everyday life. Depending on the health insurance provider and the specific course certification, statutory health insurance companies may reimburse part of the course fees. Your benefits: You actively invest in your health, improve your physical performance, strengthen your body awareness and support long-term prevention of discomfort and functional limitations. At the same time, many patients may benefit from financial support through their statutory health insurance, provided the course meets the required certification and participation criteria.
Qi-Gong
Discovering inner stillness for body and mind — this is the aim of our relaxation and movement courses. In a time when stress, lack of movement, muscular tension, back discomfort, sleep difficulties and general exhaustion are common consequences of modern Western lifestyles, we create a protected space for conscious regeneration, gentle activation and sustainable health promotion. At MEDIZentrum, we offer Qi Gong as part of rehabilitation sports, as a prevention course according to § 20 SGB V, or for self-paying clients. We combine proven Eastern movement and breathing methods with a therapeutically grounded understanding of posture, mobility, respiration, the nervous system and inner regulation. Our course content includes, among others, the Eight Brocades, exercises from Daoyin Yangsheng Gong — the art of cultivating life and health — as well as Makko-Ho exercises, gentle meridian stretching techniques that support flexibility, body awareness and relaxation. The exercises are calm, mindful and gentle on the body. They may help reduce stress, deepen breathing, improve mobility, release muscular tension and enhance overall well-being. They do not replace medical treatment, but can meaningfully complement it and contribute to a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.

Personal Training
Individually designed training plans, tailored to your body and mind. In an initial consultation, we define your goals together — and work purposefully toward them. With or without biofeedback or small equipment. Tell us what matters to you, and we will find the right solution.
Rau Therapy Method
Individually developed techniques adapted to your body structures. Our goal: to find a path to greater well-being and satisfaction together. Whether tension relief, stress reduction, or targeted recovery — we take the time your body needs.
Bioresonance
The OBERON® system is a naturopathic diagnostic system that uses multidimensional non-linear system analysis (MNLS). The measurement is non-invasive via a special headset, based on unique biophoton technology. For us, this system forms a valuable bridge between ancient healing arts and modern naturopathy.
The MNLS method views humans holistically — with spirit, soul, and organism as a complex, interconnected being. According to current knowledge, not only food but also thoughts, attitudes, and our entire environment influence the work of our cells. This understanding is the foundation of our work with the biofeedback system.
Pain Therapy
Pain Therapy – Movement, Pressure Point Work and Fascial Regulation Pain often does not arise solely where it is perceived. Muscular tension, restricted mobility, fascial adhesions, one-sided everyday strain and reduced body awareness can all play an important role. This is precisely where our therapeutic approach to pain treatment begins. Through targeted osteopressure, specific restricted-range stretching exercises and supportive fascial roll massage, we aim to help regulate excessive tension within the musculoskeletal system, improve mobility and restore greater functional freedom to the body. Osteopressure uses manual pressure stimuli on selected points of the musculoskeletal system in order to positively influence muscular and fascial tension patterns. Complementary stretching exercises are designed to gently reopen shortened or underused ranges of movement. Fascial roll massage may further support tissue mobility, promote body awareness and help reduce muscular tension. Our aim is not only to support short-term relief, but also to help you develop a deeper understanding of your own body. You receive therapeutically guided exercises that can be integrated independently into everyday life. In this way, pain therapy becomes an active process: mindful, structured and focused on sustainable mobility.
